Come learn about and discuss the parallels between
the School of the Americas and the United States' continued
development of nuclear weapons. Sponsored by Nevada
Desert Experience, a Franciscan-founded interfaith nonprofit
organizing against nuclear weapons testing, this workshop
will include a discussion of US nuclear policy, development
and testing of WMDs, and resistance at the Test Site.
The linkages between the SOA and the nuclear weapons
complex are striking, and the movements of resistance
against each and toward justice are equally interconnected.

his insights and experiences, and learn more about the
