NDE at the MLK Parade in Vegas

THE POOR PEOPLE'S CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN REBIRTHED

HELP MAKE NDE's PRESENCE IN THE PARADE AN AWARD-WINNER THIS YEAR!


January 6th 2018
What: Sign Making
When: 10am-5pm
Where: 1420 W Bartlett Avenue Las Vegas Nevada 89106 (tentative)
We will be setting up all the material needed to make your sign. We
will be making signs to speak our truth at the Martin Luther King Jr.
Parade. Please Join us anytime, or make your sign from home to join us
while we march in the parade.


January 13th 2018
What: Float Building and Decorating
When: 10am-5pm
Where: 1420 W Bartlett Avenue Las Vegas Nevada 89106 (tentative)
Join us as we post signs and banners on the community float. We will
be building the structure and painting what we have built.


January 15th 2018
What: Martin Luther King Jr. Parade 2018
When: 8am-2pm
Where: 4th St and Hoover (awaiting float number)
We will be have snacks and drinks in the morning, as we wait for the
parade to begin moving. There will be many activities for all ages
including an open mic, music, face painting, and interactive art
projects. The parade will begin moving around 10am so come help us set
up and we will be marching from Hoover to Stewart on 4th St until
1:30pm.


January 15th 2018
What: Dreamers Festival
When: 3pm-6pm
Where: Raw Remedies (203 E Colorado Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89104)
We are going to be gathering for food and music at Raw Remedies, as we
deconstruct the float and enjoy each others company during the
festival at this local venue.
